[applause] >> under obamacare, businesses and organizes are required to provide employees with coverage that includes precontraceptives and that's a problem for some religious institutions, like notre dame, a catholic university. so earlier this week the school refiled a lawsuit against the obama administration over enforcing the mandate. now a majority of students on campus support the move on the part of notre dame. joining me now, notre dame junior shia ellis, a columnist for the school's newspaper. how are your fellow students at notre dame reacting to the lawsuit? buzz on the campus about it. >> the students at notre dame do support the university's effort to file this lawsuit. i mean, when students choose to go notre dame they choose a catholic education, and when the university feels as if its catholic education is being threatened by the federal government, students are really supporting it. >> so it's not so much just about contraceptiv
